Well, better late than never. I really want to get going on the PPA Challenges and so even though I wasn't able to complete a card for the unveil on Thursday, I did want to still make a card, although digitally, for this week.
The inspiration for the PPA 84 Challenge was - Easter Bonnets/Things that are Spring or Easter. Here is the inspiration photo for this week:
My card is inspired by the colors, florals, and shape of this picture. Here is the Easter Card I created:
I love spring time and floral stamps and shapes fill this card. The cute little bird from the Cheep Talk stamp set reminded me of a little Easter chick so I had to add him in there too. Hint: When using My Digital Studio, make sure to add a drop shadow to any piece that would be 3D in real life. In this card, punches of cardstock, buttons, pearls, ribbon, and bows all have drop shadows to create that layered effect. Here is my recipe:
